As a result of the recent development of maintenance and technical assistance services, Titan Machinery Romania has considered the reorganization of these processes within the "Service" department. As such, customers will enjoy an improved and transparent process, from requesting the intervention until its completion, the company providing all customers with the contact details (see below) of a support and coordination office for each work point. from the country.

The work process initially established benefited from a steep increase in the volume of machinery. As a result, it has been constantly adjusted, giving priority to emergencies and all requests from agricultural campaigns, by supplementing the number of operators and technicians available in a timely manner at the workshops, while respecting their schedules.

Titan Machinery Romania has dedicated supervisory specialists at project, work point and regional level to further improve the flow of activity. In support of service workshops in the country, Titan Machinery has prepared a fleet of over 100 fully equipped vans, ready to intervene in a timely manner when requested.

In undertaking this expansion program that Titan Machinery has adopted, between 15 and 20 training programs take place annually at the headquarters of our partners in Europe. 

Most of them are at the headquarters of CNH, a concern owned by the brands CASE IH and CASE CONSTRUCTION, in St. Valentin, Austria, or Bologna, Italy, closely followed by training programs in Väderstad, Sweden, but also at EvoQuip, Gregoire Besson, Unia, Maschio Gaspardo, Sulky, Tecnoma and MacDon. 

Within these programs, our technicians spend a good period of theoretical training there, which they put into practice with the help of foreign and Romanian engineers who deal with the implementation and monitoring of these programs.

Maintenance services include also a division for the reconditioning of used machines. 

Consequently, each used machine within the Titan Machinery portfolio undergoes a thorough reconditioning process, under the careful supervision of a coordinating engineer. The machine in question is subjected to technical expertise and completely reconditioned for long term use. 

The online platform for used machinery includes both the SH agricultural machinery section and the SH construction machinery section from the five European countries in which Titan Machinery operates: Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.
